Perfect for holiday platters, afternoon cravings, or anytime you need a quick indulgence—these pecan-packed bites are as easy to love as they are to eat.

Ingredients:

1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
¾ cup Pecan Meal
Chocolate Almond Bark, for dipping
Pecan Halves, for decorating

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan combine the condensed milk and flour.
  2. Once combined, add in pecan meal and cook over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Mixture should be thick like a soft dough.
  3. Take the mixture and set it on a plate or platter and put it into the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Take out of the fridge and roll the dough into balls. Place the balls in the fridge for another 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate. Dip the dough balls into the chocolate and top with pecan halves.
  6. Put the balls back in the fridge until chocolate is set.
  7. Enjoy!
