This recipe is super simple. You can use anything frompecan pieces to pecan halves to make it! We prefer using the Chopped Small Pecan Pieces, but it really doesn't matter what you use!
Ingredients: 2 Cups Chopped Small Pecan Pieces ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract ⅛ Teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread the nuts out onto a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 5 to 6 minutes, until fragrant and toasted.
Let nuts cool for 4-5 minutes and add to the food processor while they’re still warm. Process for about 3 to 4 minutes until nice and creamy.
Add vanilla and cinnamon*. Scrape the sides of the food processor and process again for about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer to a jar & enjoy**!
* You can add any spices you may like. Pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg are great as well. You may also like to add a dash of honey or maple syrup for a sweeter taste. ** Use within 1 month of making. Refrigerate after making.
