Shipping Rates & Exclusions
Standard Shipping rates are determined by the shipping provider based on location and order weight. York Pecan Company does not determine rates. Please review the shipping price in the checkout process for an accurate shipping price.
ORDERS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING, but we can ship orders to both states. Please give us a call at 1-870-542-6196 to place an order.
Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 1 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday, ship within two business days. Otherwise, most orders ship within three-four business days from the date of order placement. Please allow more time during the holiday season.
Shipping Dates and Estimates
The estimated shipping date received in post-purchase emails is an estimate, provided by the shipping provider. Once the shipment leaves our premises, we cannot make a guarantee regarding a specific arrival date or time.
York Pecan Company is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us.
Please ensure shipping and billing addresses are correct at the time of checkout.
If you notice address issues post-checkout, please call immediately. York Pecan Company will try to accommodate requests for address changes via phone, if possible. Address change requests via email cannot be accommodated immediately or guaranteed.
Shipping of Candies
Shipping our candies can be challenging due to high temperatures. Chocolate varieties will only ship during cool weather. Generally speaking, chocolates will be available for shipping from October to March.
York Pecan Company does not guarantee the delivery of chocolates unmelted. Be cautious of ordering if your temperatures exceed 60 degrees.
Delivery of Packages
York Pecan Company is not responsible for delivery issues post-shipment and situations in which the item was undeliverable or the recipient refused the package.

If an item says it has been delivered and you are unable to locate it, please reach out to the shipping provider directly. The shipping provider will be able to tell you additional information such as; package location during delivery.
If an item is late (taking longer than average to reach a destination), you may contact the shipping provider to request more information.
