Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup melted butter (or sub melted coconut oil)
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Oil an 8x8 baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients: rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, melted butter, egg, peanut butter, brown sugar, honey, chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Stir until everything is fully combined and evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
