Sticky Bun Chia Seed Pudding

All the cozy flavors of a sticky bun—cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, and toasted pecans—transformed into a wholesome chia seed pudding. Creamy, lightly sweet, and spiced just right, this make-ahead treat is layered with sticky-sweet goodness and satisfying crunch. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a dessert!

 

INGREDIENTS

Chia Seed Pudding

  • 2 cups Milk (any milk you would like) 

  • ½ cup Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Sticky Pecans

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • Pinch of Salt

  • ¾ cup Pecan Pieces

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. 

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

  3. In a saucepan, add the maple syrup, honey, and salt. Bring to a boil.

  4. Once boiling, remove from heat, and stir in pecans. Let sit until cool and sticky.

  5. Add sticky pecans over chia seed pudding and enjoy!
